What does Calibrated Communication do?
I'm an independent telecom advisor. I compare internet and fiber options from 300+ carriers to find the best deal for your business — speed, price, and reliability. I use carrier serviceability data to know exactly what's available at your address before we even talk.
How much does this cost?
Nothing. My service is free to you. I'm compensated by the carriers through technology distributor partnerships. The price you pay for internet is the same whether you go direct or through me — I just make sure you're on the best option.
How is this different from calling carriers directly?
When you call a carrier, they'll only sell you their own service. I check serviceability at your exact address across 300+ providers — including regional carriers you've never heard of — and give you a side-by-side comparison. One conversation instead of ten.
What information do you need from me?
Your service address (so I can check which carriers serve your building), what you're currently paying, and your current provider. That's enough for me to run a comparison and show you what's available.
How long does it take?
I can usually have a carrier comparison ready within 1 business day. The initial conversation takes about 10 minutes.
What if I'm locked into a contract?
No problem. I can still run the comparison so you know what's available when your contract is up. Some carriers will even cover early termination fees if the savings are significant enough.
Do you only do internet/fiber?
I lead with fiber and internet because that's where most businesses see the biggest savings. But I can also help with phone systems (VoIP/UCaaS), network security, and SD-WAN if you need it down the road.
What size businesses do you work with?
Primarily 1-250 employees. Small businesses that don't have a dedicated IT department to shop carriers for them. If you're a 10-person office or a 200-person company, I can help.
Are you affiliated with any specific carrier?
No. I'm completely independent. I have access to 300+ carriers through my distributor partnerships, but I don't work for any single one. My recommendation is based on what fits your business, not what pays me more.
